Someone left the dog and its nine puppies in a sealed box so that they could not escape. The box was dumped at the dump of Lake Punzi in British Columbia, Canada, where the good Samaritan collided with him and examined him. And that’s very good what they did.
Casey’s mother was called, and she did everything possible to take care of her children since they arrived at the shelter. As you become healthier and healthier, you can provide them better. Casey hesitates a bit and gets nervous with other animals in the shelter, but she is very cute when she warms up with someone. She just experienced a lot in life.
Casey and her puppies will not be put up for adoption until the puppies are 7 weeks old. Until then, BC SPCA has been trying to find out who could so cruelly abandon this family of dogs.
“Help is available for pet owners who are struggling to care for their pets,” said Lori Chortik, general communications manager, BC SPCA. “They can go to a local rescue service or SPCA instead of leaving them.”
